Are you a requirements analyst looking to work in a professional environment and contribute to the development of modern IT solutions for the judiciary?

What does the job entail?

In this role, you will work as a requirements analyst in our team focusing on our in-house developed financial administrative systems. Your main responsibility will be to understand the needs and wishes of the organization and translate them into clear requirements and solution proposals. Since the work involves close contact with product owners and the organization, you need to have the ability to understand and immerse yourself in the organization's needs with curiosity and a problem-solving mindset. You are also expected to help the organization prioritize development that creates the greatest business value.

As part of our agile team, you will also assist with UX, testing, validation, and keeping documentation up to date. You will also be part of the team's technical support.

The Swedish Courts Administration has several agile teams that together develop and manage system support for all Swedish courts. The teams are cross-functional and consist of system developers, testers, requirements analysts, UX designers, team leaders, and business developers, managing both maintenance and delivery of new functionality as well as technical improvements.

We continuously develop our working methods based on agile principles. To support our work, we use tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and GIT.

We have several competence groups where you can exchange experiences with other experienced and competent colleagues. It is important to us that you develop together with us!

Who are we looking for?

You have a university degree, for example in IT or computer science, or other education combined with experience that the employer deems equivalent. Alternatively, you have acquired equivalent knowledge in another way. You need to have experience in requirements and testing within system development projects and have experience with agile methods.

You need to have an understanding of financial processes such as invoicing, payments, and accounting, as well as basic competence in databases. It is an advantage if you have worked with requirements specification and development of requirements regarding UX and accessibility.

To succeed in your role, you need to have your own drive with a desire and curiosity to develop and learn about the organization and take your share of the responsibility for successful delivery. You need to be social and communicative and be used to collaborating both within the team and with the organization. You need to be structured and have the ability to see both details and the big picture. We place great importance on your personal qualities.

Who are we?

The IT department of the Swedish Courts Administration has nearly 120 employees and is the heart of the digitalization of 82 courts. We facilitate the everyday work for about 7,500 users in the Swedish courts, thereby contributing to legal certainty and democracy for the country's inhabitants. Every day.

Together with other nearby authorities, the Swedish Courts also play an important role in the digitization of information flow within the entire judiciary.

The place of employment is Jönköping. A probationary period may apply. Remote work can be agreed upon for up to two days a week. This will be determined in dialogue with the immediate supervisor.
